Perhaps something has happened in your life that you’re having difficulty coming to terms with – such as illness, bereavement, or some other event or loss.
Maybe you’re feeling low or struggling with anxiety or self-confidence.
Or you might want to make some changes – large or small – and feeling unsure where or how to start.
Coaching and counselling both provide a safe space for you to explore such issues – and also the associated thoughts and feelings that you may be finding it hard to talk about with other people – or, perhaps, admit to yourself.
It’s my client’s agenda that matters – not mine – and I work with a wide variety of issues, short-term and longer term.
We can meet at The Rooms at Evelyn Road or online (via phone, video, live chat or email) – or we might use a blend of these.
My coaching and counselling approach is rooted in:
- Transactional Analysis
- and Gestalt.
I also draw on elements of:
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Solution Focused Brief Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
My professional qualifications include:
- Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling
- Diploma in Online Counselling & Psychotherapy
- Diploma in Online Therapeutic Supervision
- Use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI)
- Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring
I’m a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Reg. MBACP) and a professional member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO).
Sessions last for 50 minutes unless otherwise agreed and are usually Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm.
I charge £25 for the first session (while we decide if we think we will work well together) and after that it’s £45.
